Jefferson's Bourbon is made in small batches with a mashbill of 60% corn, 30% rye and 10% malted barley. Interestingly, it's aged in lightly charred barrels, which imparts a distinctive flavour profile compared to whiskey aged in barrels with a high level of character. 41,2%
